Hannah: (5) They forgot my vanilla. Otherwise the drink tasted fine. Maybe they shouldn't take orders while we're standing in line if they aren't able to remember what we ordered.

Isaiah: (5 1/2) They forgot to add the shots but the chai tastes great. The foam was really gross and looked like dish soap.

Environment: This Starbucks is always crowded. With a line going out the door. I appreciate how they've developed a system to handle all the business but this shop is too small. This shop is too chaotic to study or read in, too loud to talk in and too crowded to relax in.

Baristas: Too busy for conversations but the cashier was friendly and polite.

Music: It's too loud in this shop to hear the music.

Seating: There isn't very much seating but there appears to be reasonable outlet availability.

Parking: Not so good because the entrance on this side of the mall is very busy.

Population: 17 at 5:00pm (Sat)

Drive Through? No.

Hannah: (4) This is a convenient shop if you like shopping at the mall and drinking Starbucks. However it's a very small shop and seems a little too busy all the time.

Isaiah: (4 1/2) It's a great shop, but id have to agree its a little too small. Definitely not a shop for sitting down and just hanging out but convenient otherwise.
